1. Who we are

This course is provided by WIZONS DIGITAL ACADEMY LLP ("WDA", "we", "us"), an education-technology and skill-development organisation registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, LLPIN ACH-6471, registered office: Plot No. 31, Block H, 1st Floor, Near Health Gym, Krishan Vihar, Budh Vihar, Northwest, Delhi – 110086, India. The course is marketed by BillForest Solutions Pvt Ltd. You can reach us at contact@wizonsdigitalacademy.com or +91-8298680207.

2. What the course includes

The course teaches the practical use of widely available AI tools. It does not include heavy programming, and it is not a degree, diploma or university-recognised qualification.

3. Who can register

The course is open to students of any educational institute — school, college or otherwise — and no technical background is required. You must give accurate details when registering. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these terms and consent to your registration on your behalf, and we may ask for confirmation of that consent at any time.

4. Fees and payment

ItemAmount
Course fee₹99
GST @ 18%₹17.82
Total payable (rounded to the nearest rupee)₹117

Payment is collected online through PayU, our payment processor. Your card, UPI or bank credentials are entered on PayU's secure page — we never see or store them. We store only your transaction reference, the amount, the payment method and whether the payment succeeded.

Your seat is confirmed only once payment succeeds. If money leaves your account but the site does not show your payment as complete, contact us with your transaction reference and we will confirm it manually.

5. Refunds and cancellation

If you need to cancel, contact us before your batch begins and we will review your request individually. Once live sessions have started, the seat is generally treated as used. If we cancel a batch outright and cannot offer you a place on another one, we refund what you paid in full. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayU.

6. Delivery, schedule and attendance

The bootcamp runs as a one-week intensive or across four weekends, depending on the batch. Joining details and the timetable are shared by email, WhatsApp or through your educational institute before the batch begins.

You are responsible for your own internet connection and a device capable of joining a live online session. We may reschedule a session for operational reasons and will give as much notice as we reasonably can.

7. Your account

Registering creates a student account on this website so you can access your details and certificate. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

Your initial password is set from the date of birth you register with. We strongly recommend changing it as soon as you first sign in.

8. Certificate

A certificate of completion is issued to students who complete the bootcamp, and can be verified by anyone on this website. A certificate is issued to students who attend the bootcamp and complete the capstone exercise. We may withhold a certificate where attendance was minimal.

Certificates are issued in the name given at registration. We may withdraw or invalidate a certificate obtained through false information or misconduct.

9. Acceptable use

10. Course materials and intellectual property

The handbook, notes, slides, recordings and session content remain the property of WDA. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning. Everything else stays with us.

11. Third-party AI tools

The course teaches tools operated by other companies (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva and similar). We do not own or control them. You may need to create your own accounts, some tools have their own age limits and terms, and their free tiers, features and availability can change at any time without notice from us. Nothing in this course grants you a licence to any third-party tool.

AI tools can produce inaccurate or misleading output. You remain responsible for checking anything you rely on, and for following your own institute's rules on the use of AI in academic work.

12. What we do not promise

We teach practical AI skills. We do not guarantee any particular academic result, exam score, job, internship or income outcome. Course content may be updated as the tools change.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the course is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by your internet connection, your device, or a third-party tool being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you register is the one that applies to you. Material changes will be notified by email where we hold your address.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, where our registered office is located.

16. Contact and grievances

For any question or complaint about the course or a payment:

We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 working days and to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, write to us again marking your message "Grievance" and it will be escalated.
